The rural path Bierbeek-Lovenjoel needs an extensive upgrading. More than 10 years ago, this path was developed by the ‘Landelijke Gilde van Lovenjoel en van Bierbeek’. Obviously, the signs need to be renovated. However, the policy, strategy and concept behind the path deserve even more attention. The working group aims at a certain interactivity (‘2.0’) between the companies - the infrastructure as well as the manager -, and the users of the path. Also at communication level, this working group anticipates by integrating new media into the path.
