108 TOURISTIC- RECREATIONAL OPENING OF THE ‘GETEVALLEI’ - STAGE 1Hageland+
The landscape is the Getevallei’s main asset and several initiatives have been launched in the region. This project intends to strengthen the touristic-recreational offer by developing a hiking network and places of departure, as well as to undertake, together with the regional actors, further steps concerning a vision about the valley and by strengthening the regional identity. Nowadays, we must give more opportunities to this region in order to map it as one of the Hageland’s green assets, to promote it at a larger scale for walks as well as nature-oriented recreation and to validate it a little more at economic level. This project intends to achieve all of this.
