26 NEWLY BUILT ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES Zoutleeuw
STORZO is a non-profit association providing services in the operational area of Kortenaken, Linter and Zoutleeuw. Amongst other things, this association disposes of a nursery, a service voucher company, a ‘Kind en Gezin’ consultancy centre [a centre for the care of mothers and infants], a toy library and social employment projects within the technical services of the municipal administration and the nursery. The nursery and the offices of the non-profit association STORZO are currently located at two different places. STORZO has built a new building for the nursery in Zoutleeuw.
This project was meant to incorporate the administrative services of the non-profit organization STORZO in the new building of the nursery.
The aim of the project is to improve the accessibility for the users, by combining several social activities on 1 social campus. Moreover, the previous location was not suitable as an administrative building and did not meet the current labor and safety standards anymore.
