This project connects the municipalities Korbeek-Lo and Lovenjoel through a unique open space area. The project provides a link to a green open space with a historic agricultural landscape, a feature that is under severe pressure in Korbeek-Lo. The project connects Lovenjoel with the centre of Korbeek-Lo (with extensive amenities and suburban facilities). The connection, which is less than 1.5 km long, is intended for safe slow traffic only. The route is already enriched by the images of the historically protected village views, but is seeking further enrichment through additional complementary connection projects.
