The project promotor, Public Centre for Social Welfare (OCMW) Tielt-Winge, wants to improve living conditions and thus reduce social poverty in the rural municipality of Tielt-Winge. On the one hand it wants to focus on increasing the number of visits among the target group via a proactive approach. And it also plans to set up an efficient volunteer network. The aim is for these volunteers to ensure the accessibility of the service and provide residents with direct help.
