The ‘je staat niet alleen’ project was targeted at people between the ages of 60 and 74 who experienced a drastic change in their relationship with their partner (divorce or death). The project involved contact with companions and group work on themes such as dealing with being alone. The project also included the following: altering the image of loneliness; launching an information campaign via our different channels, developing a customised range of services together with the target group and the associations so that the results can be measures by a research centre. This end-result is a tool (e.g. scenario) that can be used for guiding others and for organisations (proposed at mini conferences or training programmes).
