Stories and anecdotes about the 40 chapels inventoried 10 years ago have been collected together with local residents as well as heritage and tourist volunteers. This information has been used to produce a brochure, a web page and a permanent chapel trail for each district. A group was set up in parallel comprised of voluntary church volunteers in order to keep the chapels clean and tidy and to beautify them in collaboration with Hoegaard Heritage.
