73 RENOVATION OF THE ROOF IN THE PARISH CENTRE OF LUBBEEK SINT-BERNARD

The Sint-Bernardus Kring, together with various associations, provides support for the enhancement of the parish village centre. The aim is to promote social cohesion, create a sustainable green environment and improve road safety. To this end, residents and associations need a solid community centre that functions as a meeting place where new initiatives can be nurtured.
To upgrade the site around the church, works on both the garden and the parish hall have been undertaken in 2019/ 2020. A community garden has been created and the roof has been renovated. LEADER funded the sub-project that covers the renovation of the saddleback roof of the parish centre: 2020 – 2022.
