The renovation of the OC* Lindenhof enhances village life for YOUNG & OLD.

Landen is the city of the countryside, with beautiful villages and beautiful landscapes. Like our other villages, Overwinden has many strong assets that we certainly want to preserve and strengthen. The Lindenhof meeting centre is located in the centre of the village and can be used locally for folk events and for local celebrations to strengthen the village community and keep it liveable.

The OC can form a link to uplift the area and provide space on the one hand as a play area for children and on the other hand as a meeting place for young and old. 
In addition, the concept exists for the provision of a local service centre, closely linked to the local service centre located in the centre of Landen. 
The creation of vegetable gardens will provide social contact between residents and local farmers. The courtyard can also be used as a local market where farmers can sell their produce directly to residents.
In addition, new functions on the first floor can be created according to the needs of the village (e.g. meeting rooms + small bar).
